We’re Harry and Tim—two besties from Montreal who love creativity and celebrating the art of the male body. Our story started with a surprising find: a deck of vintage playing cards featuring male nude designs we stumbled upon in a thrift shop. That deck quickly became the highlight of our get-togethers. It brought laughter, fun conversations, and just the right touch of cheekiness! But when we tried to find something similar with a modern vibe, we came up empty-handed. That’s when we thought, why not make it ourselves?
In early 2023, Harry launched Grind Out Guys, one of the first AI-driven projects in this bold and daring niche. With his creative vision and tech know-how, what began as a fun idea quickly grew into something bigger. Tim soon joined, adding fresh ideas and shaping our passion into a story people could connect with. Together, we’ve turned Grind Out Guys into a celebration of masculine beauty, creativity, and unapologetic fun.
We often get asked, “I love your work! How do you make it?”—It’s one of the most common messages we see on social media. The answer is simple: we use tools like Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI to create our big boys. Every piece starts with brainstorming new ideas. Then, we research the best prompts, pick the right LoRAs, and experiment with the tools. The results are usually surprising, which makes it so much fun! After that, we fine-tune the images in Photoshop and sometimes loop them back into AI until we’re happy with the final look. Every detail matters to us. We spent nearly a year designing and bringing this project to life, and we hope you love it as much as we do.
