What is your return policy?
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product arrives defective. Grind Out Guys is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. If your order is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect for a replacement. Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped; once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping:

International (Rest of the World): $6 | Approximately 5-22 business days | No tracking number
What materials are the cards made of?
Our cards are crafted from 310 GSM premium black core paper with a linen air finish, coated on both sides with water-based overprint varnish. They come packaged in a premium silk matte tuck box, complete with foil detailing and embossing.
What size are the playing cards?
They’re standard poker size (63×88 mm / 2.48 x 3.46 inches).
